Our Management Team

	Kristy M. Dixon, SPHR – President Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 1984. Responsible for all human resource functions including overseeing payroll, hiring and firing, compliance with all government entities, and training. She serves as McLaurin Parking Company’s liaison with the National Society of Human Resource Management Association (SHRM) and the Raleigh Mayor’s Committee for Persons with Disabilities. Prior experience with Old Dominion Freight Line in the Personnel Department. Education includes a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Masters in Business Administration from Meredith College. Kristy is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
	William L. McLaurin, Jr. – Vice President Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 1973. Responsible for all institutional parking facilities. He oversees hospital areas including cashier operations, valet parking, and consulting projects. He serves as McLaurin Parking Company’s liaison with the International Parking Institute (IPI). Education includes a B.S. from North Carolina State University.
	Regina McLaurin – Vice President Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 1971. Responsible for all financial reporting in the Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable Departments. Duties include overseeing accounting areas including bank loans and accounts, accounting reports to clients, and annual auditing by the outside firm. She serves as McLaurin Parking Company’s liaison with the National Parking Association (NPA). She served on the Cary Town Council for eight years reviewing budget constraints. Education includes a B.A. from Methodist College in Fayetteville, NC.
	Stephen B. McLaurin, CPFM – Vice President Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 1976, Oversees operations for all Municipal parking facilities and special event operations. These responsibilities include managing parking and traffic operations during special events, overseeing county and city parking decks including (but not limited to) cashier operations, auditing procedures, and consulting projects. Steve serves as McLaurin Parking Company’s liaison with the Downtown Business Alliance and the Raleigh Merchant’s Bureau. Education includes a B.S. from North Carolina State University. Certified as a CPFM (Certified Parking Facility Management).
	Larry P. Massey – Director of Municipal Operations Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 2004. Responsible for all compliance and auditing for municipal contracts. Oversees personnel at City parking decks, trains cashiers on proper accounting procedures, and monitors APD Scan system. Prior experience includes twenty-four years with Allright Corporation for various city operations throughout the United States. Education includes Business Management/Accounting from National Business College in Roanoke, VA.
	Melinda B. Cowley, CPFM – Director of Institutional Operations Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 1987. Responsible for all facilities in the hospital division. Duties include travel to sites, providing support to managers and their staff, and serves as liaison between staff and hospital administration. Previous experience includes serving as a Parking Manager at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
	LaBron Reid, CPFM – Director of Special Events Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 1998. Responsible for all special event parking contracts including development of new sites, administration, and client relations. Oversees scheduling and staffing for amphitheaters, university event parking, and other special events. Previous experience includes working with UNC for thirteen years as the Special Event Parking Manager and Event Services Manager. Education includes a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
	David B. Stroud – Director of Technology Services Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 1999. Responsible for all Accounts Receivables operations with specialized accounting software that he developed. Participates in the Senior Management Committee meetings. Oversees office management and all technology services as well as accounting functions related to customers and their accounts. Also monitors APD Scan system. Education includes a B.S. from North Carolina State University.
	Dennis Morgan – Director of Security Operations Employed with McLaurin Parking Company since 1998. Responsible for all on-street parking enforcement in Boone and Fayetteville including administration, personnel decisions, and client relations. Oversees hiring, firing, and discipline of enforcement officers. Also trains officers on procedures and policies. Previous experience includes management in retail and Military Police in the US Army. Training includes enforcement and traffic management from the Raleigh Police Department.
