Below are a few FAQs:

  • How do I find parking and apply for a space?

Parking can be found under the Find Monthly Parking section. To apply for a space, you would need to fill out the appropriate contract, also found under the Find Monthly Parking section, and call our office to make sure that there is availability in the lot you want to park in.

  • I already have a McLaurin Parking Account. How do I access it?

You can access your monthly parking account information by logging in to your customer account. Click Here to login.

  • How do I add an additional parker to my account?

You will need to fill out the parking information sheet from the contract which can be downloaded under Find Monthly Parking. Also, please call our office to ensure availability.

  • How do I cancel or terminate a parker or account?

Cancellations must be done in person or via the Contact Us page.

  • How do I edit information for a parker?

  • How do I add or change account information?

  • How do I print Account History?

You have to sign up for the service and then log into the account.  Click Here to login.

On the login screen, there is a way to change your password and a way to reset your password if you forget it.

You will need to download the appropriate draft form from the Find Monthly Parking Section and either fax, scan and email or deliver to our office.
